The National Safety Council has determined that accidents and injuries are overwhelmingly caused by the unsafe acts of employees. This accident prevention course educates both management and employees on how to reduce unsafe actions, identifying the root of potential incidents, and ensure everyone has the proper safety perspective. For example, while a faulty machine may have caused the physical harm, it was the employee`s job to perform the proper inspection of said machine before use; or the previous employee`s job to notify their supervisor. It`s unsafe acts such as these that are addressed in this informative course.
