In the demanding job of bussing, safety is extremely important as you are always on the move and around potential hazards. In this restaurant training course, 16 essential safety concerns unique to restaurant training, and more specifically, a bus person are covered. Some of the topics include kitchen safety, waiter training, food safety and hygiene, hostess training, and dishwasher safety. Proper footwear, handling broken dishes or glassware, and cleanliness are also covered in this course.
