Road rage is often due to an inability to control one`s anger and frustrations while behind the wheel. Use this course to guide your employees in how to better control their emotions, minimize road rage, and manage anger constructively when faced with traffic or unruly drivers. Various scenarios are presented that purpose alternatives to allowing road rage to take control. Topics also include handling aggressive drivers, changing lanes, paying attention to your surroundings, and choosing the appropriate headlights.
