This training course covers the basic safety information that applies to all restaurants and can be used for new employees or as a refresher for your tenured employees. Topics also include: knife safety, safe lifting procedures, preventing slips trips and falls, fire prevention, utilizing the P.A.S.S. procedure for fire extinguishers, and machine guarding.
